Welcome to the cross-country skiing paradise. There are hundreds of kilometers of well-groomed cross-country ski trails right in this region.

You decide whether you`d like to enjoy your breakfast first and then go out, or the other way around. There are groomed tracks on the lake right in front of the house (if it`s not too windy, in which case a short drive to a more sheltered track might be better).

There is nothing quite like gliding over a frozen lake alone to let your thoughts flow, and the sheer sense of space gives you a sense of freedom that is hard to find elsewhere.
